After years of installing every shower stall on the market — and warrantying too many cracks, leaks, and rust spots — we started spec'ing our own. The Vankea XS is the smallest size in our lineup. If you're working with a tight 144" Sprinter, a short ProMaster, or any layout where every wall inch matters, this is the one that gets you a real wet bath without taking over the whole van.
Why we put this in our own builds
Most van showers fail in the same places. Fiberglass cracks from road vibration. Plastic stalls warp. Sealant lines split after a season of travel. We got tired of warrantying other people's products, so we built one we trust.
Aluminum panels, not fiberglass. Won't crack from vibration. Won't rust.
Powder-coated finish. Easy to wipe clean. Doesn't grow mold the way porous surfaces do.
Telescoping height. Adjusts to fit standard and high-roof builds — 72" at minimum, taller when extended.
Rear plumbing cavity. Water lines hide inside the wall, so the finished bathroom looks clean — not like a DIY project.
Flat-packs for shipping, bolts together with the included hardware. No custom fabrication.
Light. 53 lbs vs. 150+ lbs for comparable fiberglass units. Your van's payload thanks you.

Will this fit my van?
Designed for high-roof full-size cargo vans where wall space is limited:
Mercedes Sprinter — 144 high-roof especially (the smallest footprint we make, ideal for tight layouts)
Ford Transit — high-roof models
Ram ProMaster — high-roof models, including shorter wheelbases (fits flush against ProMaster's flat walls)
Before you buy, check that your van has:
Floor-to-ceiling clearance of at least 73 inches (room for the 72" minimum height plus mounting and the 5¼" pan)
Available wall width of at least 27 inches
Wall depth clearance of at least 27 inches (for the rear plumbing cavity)
Entry doorway clear of 19" × 68" for the shower opening
Note on the entry: The 19" opening is narrower than our larger sizes. Comfortable for daily use, but worth measuring against your own shoulders if you're a larger build.

About us — why trust this product?
We're a working van conversion shop. We've built and supplied parts for dozens of custom van builds, and we still build vans today. Every product we sell is something we either use ourselves or install for our customers. If we wouldn't put it in our own van, we don't sell it.
