How long will shipping take?

Freight transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Van Parts Outlet. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including weather, carrier routing, driver shortages, and regional congestion. But most U.S. deliveries are completed within 5–7 business days; this timeframe is not a guarantee.

An item from my order did not arrive. What are the next steps?

If your order appears incomplete, it may have been split into multiple shipments. Please check your order status first.

  • If it's marked as "Partially Shipped," the remaining items will be sent soon.
  • If it's marked as "Shipped" but incomplete, please check your tracking details, as some parcels may still be in transit.
  • If it's marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received everything, please contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate with the courier.

For any missing items, please notify us within 30 days of the delivery date to begin a full investigation.

I Received a Damaged Item. How Should I Proceed?

Upon receiving your order, kindly check for any visible damage. If you receive any damaged item, report it to us within thirty business days of delivery. For immediate assistance, please call us at your earliest convenience. See our policy for damaged items here.

The item I received is faulty. How do I proceed with a replacement or refund?

Please promptly describe the fault. Send us the pictures of the product. We will make sure to replace the product as soon as possible. See our return policy here for more information.

Can I exchange the product if it doesn't fit?

Yes, if you receive a product of the wrong size from us, we will instantly replace it. Kindly contact us through email or phone, and our team will get back to you. But if you mistakenly order the wrong size, then you have to pay 25% restocking fee for exchanging the product.

Which van models are compatible with your products?

All of the Van Parts Outlet products are for the specific van models. Mostly our products are compatible with Sprinter, Pro Master, and Transit campervans. Kindly check out the description of every product to know about the compatibility.

Do you offer installation manuals?

Our products, like a roof fan comes with a booklet containing an installation guide. While for other items, like an aluminium shower, you may require professional installation services. It mainly depends on product to product.

Are screws, seals, and mounting hardware included?

Yes, most of our products, like the fan or windows comes with all the necessary screws, seals, and mounting hardware.

How can I cancel my order?

To initiate a cancellation, please reach out to our customer service team. Once your request is confirmed, we will cancel the order and issue the corresponding refund.

Is it possible to make changes to my order?

We are unable to edit orders after they have been placed. The best way to update your order is to cancel it and create a new one with the desired changes.
