Yes, if you receive a product of the wrong size from us, we will instantly replace it. Kindly contact us through email or phone, and our team will get back to you. But if you mistakenly order the wrong size, then you have to pay 25% restocking fee for exchanging the product.

Our products, like a roof fan comes with a booklet containing an installation guide. While for other items, like an aluminium shower, you may require professional installation services. It mainly depends on product to product.
