At Van Parts Outlet, we understand that your van build relies on getting the right gear at the right time. We ship directly from our headquarters in Big Bear City, California, to the Lower 48 United States.
We strive to provide transparent shipping rates. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated in real-time at checkout via our carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
Freight Shipping: For items over 100 lbs or 72" (e.g., roof racks, battery banks), flat-rate freight charges or calculated LTL rates will apply and be clearly displayed at checkout.
Local Pickup: Always FREE. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Big Bear City warehouse.
Your total estimated delivery time is the sum of our Handling Time and the Transit Time.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing the following business day.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Tracking Updates: Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to show active movement once the label is created.
Carrier Selection: We utilize FedEx, UPS, and USPS for standard parcels. For large items (LTL Freight), we use specialized freight carriers who may require a delivery appointment via the phone number provided at checkout.
Service Area: We currently ship only to the Contiguous United States (Lower 48).
P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship freight-sized items or large parcels to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.
Address Edits: You may request an address change within one hour of order placement by calling +1 (951) 441-9719. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipment.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at Vanpartsoutlet@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and product.
Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please notify us within 7 days. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Skip the shipping fees and pick up your gear directly from our workshop.
