To begin a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact Support: Email us at Vanpartsoutlet@gmail.com or call 1 (951) 441-9719 within 30 days of your purchase date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Approval: We will assess your request and provide instructions. Once approved, you must fill out our official Return & Exchange Form.
Prepare Your Package: Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging, hardware, and manuals included.
Ship Your Item: Securely pack the items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect or our error.
Standard Returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange for new, unused items.
Damaged/Defective Items: Any issues regarding damage or defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
All products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
All original manufacturer packaging, hardware, and instruction manuals must be included.
Special Note: Aluminum showers must be returned 100% sealed and unopened to be eligible for a return.
Items that arrive heavily used, modified, or damaged due to improper return packaging will be refused.
A 30% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. This fee helps cover the costs associated with inspection, testing, and processing specialized vehicle components, as well as maintaining our operations.
Notification: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Method: All approved refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5 business days, depending on your financial institution's policies.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a verified defective or damaged product.
